    Why Join Track and Field?

Inclusivity: We have no try-outs and make no roster cuts. Everyone who joins the team will have guaranteed competition opportunities as well as plenty of chances to work their way up to varsity.

Variety: With 13 different individual events ranging from the 55m dash to the 3200m (two mile) run and including several jumping and throwing events, Indoor Track & Field gives every athlete the chance to excel based on their own particular skill set. Mix and match different events to find your own personal niche.

Control: Take direct control of your athletic achievements rather than having to worry about having an elite defender on another team force you into poor numbers on the stat sheet. You and only you control your performances - see your times get faster and your jumping/throwing distances improve week after week as a direct reflection of your hard work.

We hope to see you there!!
