Congratulations to senior Nick Puma, who qualified for the New York State Championships in the 55m hurdles! His time of 7.84 also broke his own school record and ranks him in the top 25 in New York State!!! Nick will race against the best in New York State next Saturday at Ocean Breeze Athletic Complex on Staten Island! Congratulations also to freshman Sam Clark, who broke the school record in the 3200m (9:58.08) to finish 3rd, and the girls 4 x 200m relay of freshman Lily Ward, 8th-grader Anna Martin, sophomore Madi Kopec, and junior Gianna Colosimo, who also broke the school record (1:54.16). In addition, the boys 4 x 800m relay of senior Brendan Smukall, freshman Joey Szafranski, junior Ben Wojnowski, and freshman Sam Clark finished in 4th overall! Congratulations to all of our sectional competitors and good luck to Nick at the state meet!
The 2024-2025 Indoor Track Banquet will be Wednesday, March 19th at 6:00pm at Classics V (Niagara Falls Blvd). Athletes may sign up here: https://forms.gle/zbXeUpjyA6qhi8bS7 by Friday, March 14th. The cost is $22 per attendee (up to 2 guests per athlete) and money can be cash or check made out to KE Bulldog Track & Field. Please turn in your money to Coach Norton in room 338.

Mix and match different events to find your own personal niche.Control: Take direct control of your athletic achievements rather than having to worry about having an elite defender on another team force you into poor numbers on the stat sheet. You and only you control your performances - see your times get faster and your jumping/throwing distances improve week after week as a direct reflection of your hard work.We hope to see you there!!
