Roundtable Discussion: Tuesday, Dec. 3

  • Thank you to everyone who participated in and attended our Roundtable Discussion on Tuesday, Dec. 3!

As part of the ongoing search for a new Superintendent of Schools, the Ken-Ton School District Board of Education will host a Superintendent Search Roundtable Discussion on Tuesday, Dec. 3, 2019. The roundtable will include designated representatives of various stakeholder groups including teachers, parents, support staff, and administrators. Only those designated representatives may participate in the discussion, but all members of the Ken-Ton School District community are invited to attend and observe the discussion.

The roundtable will take place on Tuesday, Dec. 3, 2019 from 6 to 8 p.m. in the Kenmore Middle School Building Community Room, located at 155 Delaware Road, in Kenmore. The purpose of this discussion is to give district stakeholder groups the opportunity to provide feedback on the results of the recent superintendent search survey, provide additional considerations before applications for the superintendent position are received, and to discuss the search process.

The Board wishes for the superintendent search process to be as open and collaborative as possible, and this roundtable will provide a unique opportunity for Board members to hear from district stakeholders before the more formal process begins as applications are solicited for the superintendent position. For more information regarding the search, including the results from the recent superintendent search community survey, visit www.ktufsd.org/search or choose the "Superintendent Search" option in the main navigation bar at ktufsd.org.
