    FALL 2020 COMMUNITY EDUCATION CATALOG!

    Fall 2020 Community Education Catalog!

    Community Education Update 7/31/2020:

    --

    Community Education Stakeholders,

We hope you are doing well and having a safe & happy summer. On our end we are busy preparing for our Fall semester! Please note our office is now OPEN and staffed Monday through Friday 9:00AM-2:30PM.

A decision has been made to not mail a full 32 page catalog home to every District resident for this Fall/Winter session. Typically, we mail 31,000 catalogs home to District households, but due to the strict catalog timeline restrictions and a myriad of things still up in the air with K-12 schooling, we decided solely doing an electronic catalog will be most responsible at this time. The catalog publication, printing, and mailing is extremely costly and time consuming, and our fear is that we would send out a full catalog in the next few weeks, and have the printed product be inaccurate.

With that being said, we are committing to mailing 31,000 POSTCARDS home to all District households that will guide you to our ONLINE catalog and ONLINE registration system. Our office team will be able to keep the online catalog and registration system 100% up to date in real time as things change. if you would like to have the physical catalog in your hands with the paper registration system/check payments, you will have the option of calling our office to request a catalog and registration form be mailed to your home. We will be printing a limited number of catalogs in-house just to have on hand for those scenarios.

Later this month we'll be releasing our Community Education reopening plan that will go into detail on the precautions and regulations we will follow as we look to start our Fall programming both traditional in-person instruction and virtual.

Please feel free to call the office should you have questions or concerns at (716) 874-8500.

Thank you for your continued support,

    Liza & Team
