• The Toshiba multi-function devices (copiers) have features called hold or private printing.  Hold printing holds the job until it is released at the copier.  Please note:  Other users can see the job sitting on the job status page.  Private printing prompts you for a password and keeps the job totally confidential until you enter the password you designated.  This is a great way to keep confidential documents confidential!
