    Amy Fiorello - Account Clerk Typist

    Amy Fiorello is the Administrative Assistant for the tech department. She provides departmental support and level 1 basic technical support . She comes to the department with 9 years of district experience. 

     

    Andrew Delprino - Micro Computer Repair Technician 

    Andrew specializes in Apple troubleshooting and assists in the maintenance and improvement of technology district-wide. He has experience as an MCRT from previously working in another local school district.  Andrew is the primary technology support person for Franklin Elementary and Middle schools.

     

    Bill Steffen - Micro Computer Technical Support Specialist

    Bill specializes in managing our Active Directory, Google domain, Asset Management system, Backup systems, and creating the images for the thousands of computers that KTUFSD supports.  

     

    Brandon Chiarmonte - Micro Computer Repair Technician 

    Brandon is the primary Audio Visual technician for the District and frequently manages the livestreaming of our Board of Education Meetings.  Brandon is the primary technology support person for Kenmore East High School.

     
     

    Christopher Galik - Micro Computer Technical Support Specialist

    Chris is our Apple & iPad expert as well as a major player in our wireless infrastructure. He does all the construction for Apple/iPad deployments and mobile device management.  He delivers training on iPad use and general tech support for other district equipment as well.

     
     

    Heather Fleming - Director of Technology

    Heather is the Director of Technology Integration.  Heather brings experience as an engineer, educator, and former director to the team. She helps the team maintain a focus on service and our district mission.

     

    Joshua Martin - Micro Computer Repair Technician 

    Josh has tech experience in many different areas and previously worked at Canisus College prior to joining the KenTon team. He is an expert at hardware troubleshooting. Josh is the primary technology support person at Kenmore West High School.

     

    Mike Shovlin - Micro Computer Repair Technician 

    Mike’s expertise lies in research, supporting, and engineering our AV technologies, auditorium setups, wiring, and recommendations for placements, as well as general technical support.  Mike is the primary technology support person for Hoover Elementary and Hoover Middle.

     

    Scott Guagliano - Micro Computer Repair Technician 

    Scott brings a wide range of tech support experience to the team. He comes from the private sector, where he supported many different technologies, including tech support for airports.  Scott is the primary technology support person for Kenmore Middle School and the Family Support Center, as well as support for printers and phones.

     

    Thomas Frew - Micro Computer Repair Technician 

    Thomas specializes in Apple troubleshooting and assists in the maintenance and improvement of technology district-wide.  Thomas is the primary technology support person for Edison, Lindbergh, and Holmes Elementary Schools.

     

    Tristan Payne - Micro Computer Technical Support Specialist

    Tristan specializes in managing software applications for students and staff. He helps troubleshoot software issues and assists in managing data between different information systems.
