Brandon is the primary technology support person for Kenmore East High School. He is also the primary Audio Visual technician for the District and frequently manages the livestreaming of our Board of Education Meetings.

Andrew is the primary technology support person for Franklin Elementary and Middle schools. He specializes in Apple troubleshooting and assists in the maintenance and improvement of technology district-wide. He has experience as an MCRT from previously working in another local school district.

Amy Fiorello is the Administrative Assistant for the tech department. She provides departmental support and level 1 basic technical support. She comes to the department with nine years of district experience. 

Heather is the Director of Technology Integration.  Heather brings experience as an engineer, educator, and former director to the team. She helps the team maintain a focus on service and our district mission.

Thomas is the primary technology support person for Edison, Lindbergh, and Holmes Elementary Schools. He specializes in Apple troubleshooting and assists in the maintenance and improvement of technology district-wide.

Scott is the primary technology support person for Kenmore Middle School and the Family Support Center, as well as support for printers and phones. Scott brings a wide range of tech support experience to the team. He comes from the private sector, where he supported many different technologies, including tech support for airports.

Chris is our Apple & iPad expert as well as a major player in our wireless infrastructure. He does all the construction for Apple/iPad deployments and mobile device management. He delivers training on iPad use and general tech support for other district equipment as well.

Josh is the primary technology support person at Kenmore West High School. He has tech experience in many different areas and previously worked at Canisus College prior to joining the Ken-Ton team. He is an expert at hardware troubleshooting.

Tristan specializes in managing software applications for students and staff. He helps troubleshoot software issues and assists in managing data between different information systems.

Mike is the primary technology support person for Hoover Elementary and Hoover Middle. His expertise lies in research, supporting, and engineering our AV technologies, auditorium setups, wiring, and recommendations for placements, as well as general technical support.

Bill specializes in managing our active directory, Google domain, asset management system, backup systems, and creating the images for the thousands of computers that KTUFSD supports.
