Use this form to report issues

UPDATE: Please note that the app will not work for Bus #726-733 for the first couple weeks of school. We apologize for the inconvenience and have made arrangements to have the necessary GPS equipment installed soon.

We are extremely excited to pilot the new My Ride K-12 service which provides an up-to-date estimated time of arrival for your child’s bus. This tool will show the time your child's bus will arrive at the bus stop in the morning and afternoon. It also allows the Transportation Department to send personalized updates directly to you, so we encourage all parents/guardians to sign up.

We appreciate our community's patience while we pilot this new service. If you encounter any issues, please use this form to report them (be sure to include your child's bus number).
