Ryan Gleason & Pui Kwan Gleason

Ryan and Pui Kwan Gleason have two children enrolled in our schools: Hidy, a sixth-grader at Franklin Middle, and Robert, a fourth-grader at Edison Elementary, who was recognized tonight. This is the seventh and final year Mr. and Mrs. Gleason have children enrolled at Edison and they have been known for their outstanding support through the years. The Edison community often comes together in support of various causes, from building water wells in Africa to supporting the Jerry Starr SleepOut through the annual Links4Love campaign. Mr. and Mrs. Gleason have gone above and beyond to ensure the success of these initiatives. They have inspired their children to pledge their own money and work hard to earn more, matching whatever they donate. They have matched the total amount raised in their children’s classrooms. And this year, they pledged to match every cent raised by the entire fourth grade. These initiatives are important to the school community and Mr. and Mrs. Gleason’s assistance has been instrumental to their success. This is one of many examples of how their support and partnership is felt at Edison. They are known for being extremely positive, upbeat, and always supportive of the teachers and staff. Most importantly, how proud we are of their children is proof of the wonderful job they have done as Edison parents.
