  • Gr. 5 & Gr. 8 Peer-to-Peer Transition Programs

    Middle and high schools have implemented peer-to-peer mentoring and support programs to support Gr. 5 and Gr. 8 students who are new to the buildings. These programs provide a framework of mentoring and support for new students.
