Mr. Bullard recently retired from the New York State Police after serving for 21 years as a Trooper, where he was Crisis Intervention trained. As a certified lifeguard, he spent 10 years on the SCUBA/Underwater recovery/rescue team and currently works at the Independent Health YMCA as a lifeguard and swim instructor. Mr. Bullard is an area native and a Kenmore West alum. He is married with a wife and three children.
