Flyer Approval Process

  • To submit a flyer for consideration, email the flyer and the Flyer Approval Form to pfanelli@ktufsd.org.

    Beginning in September 2019, flyers will only be approved for hard-copy distribution if they are:

    • Informational in nature regarding a program or activity that students can participate in which furthers a child's educational development (academics, athletics, character, service, etc.)
    • Regarding a program or activity taking place within the Ken-Ton School District boundaries
    • Submitted by a municipal or non-profit organization, or a for-profit organization operating through the district's ENCORE or Community Education programs
    • Limited to one per program per year, or one per session/season for programs that include multiple sessions/seasons in a year

    However, flyers may still be posted to the Community Bulletin Board Page even if they are not approved for hard-copy distribution.
