Edison Elementary School
Over the past 30 years — 31 if you count his student teaching — Dean has been a constant source of positivity, compassion, and hard work. As a well-rounded educator, he has taught multiple grade levels, currently inspiring young minds as a 4th-grade teacher. Beyond the classroom, he has played a vital role in shaping the school’s culture and climate, serving on various committees. This includes PBIS, where his contributions have helped foster a supportive and welcoming environment for all. His commitment to his students and colleagues has left an undeniable mark on the Edison community. In addition to his excellence in teaching, Dean has dedicated countless hours to enriching school life in many other ways. For years, he has skillfully put together the yearbook, ensuring that special memories are preserved for students and staff alike. His passion for the arts is evident in his involvement in 25 musical productions, as well as his contributions to video announcements, bringing creativity and excitement to the school. As he prepares for a well-deserved retirement, his presence will be deeply missed, but his impact will be felt for years to come. Thank you, Dean, for your unwavering dedication, kindness, and commitment to Edison Elementary. We wish you all the best in this next chapter of your life!
