Tammy is truly the heart of Hoover Elementary, keeping everything running smoothly with her kindness, dedication, and unwavering support for both students and staff. No matter the challenge, she is always ready to help or guide you in the right direction, ensuring that everyone feels supported and valued. Her positive attitude and warm presence make her a favorite among students, many of whom stop by just to chat with her after lessons or before starting their day. She has a special way of making each child feel seen and cared for, setting the tone for a positive school experience. Some students even make it a point to visit her in the morning before heading to breakfast or class, knowing she’ll help them start their day on the right foot. Beyond her incredible ability to connect with students, Tammy is an invaluable resource for staff. She is highly responsive, quick to complete tasks, and always ensures that classrooms have what they need in a timely manner. If she doesn’t have an answer (which is rare), she’ll find it without hesitation. She truly is a one-stop shop—knowing where everything is, or quickly figuring it out. Her compassion, dependability, and can-do attitude make her an irreplaceable part of our school community. Tammy’s dedication to Hoover Elementary goes above and beyond every single day, and we are beyond grateful for her. She is our superhero!
