Kathy Bumbalo, Franklin Elementary Library Aide

Kathy is quiet, yet oh so capable. Our school library would not function without her – she is willing to try anything and help in any way she can to make sure that the students feel welcome and enjoy the library. She colors with the students, sits with them on the rug, makes crafts, and reads books, all while making sure the books are checked in and out, displays are cute, and the library is clean. She literally helps in any way she can without complaining. She is compassionate and understanding and puts the kids first. She is undoubtedly an outstanding library aide, who is always willing to help the students in any way possible, whether it is finding a book, giving suggestions, or helping students in crisis. We are so lucky to have her!
