Hoover Elementary School Teacher Aide Greg Koudounas

Greg is the definition of calm and understanding. It is that demeanor that allows him to build successful relationships with our students. Greg builds a level of trust while maintaining his professionalism. He holds students accountable for their actions while maintaining their dignity and being there for them when he is needed. Greg is a great supporter of not just the students in his classroom, but all students at Hoover. Greg is always willing to help out any time he is asked and has volunteered over the years to be a PBIS Check-In and Check-Out Mentor. Greg is a great team player and a champion for our students and staff.
