Hoover Elementary School Teacher Jill Cumbo

Jill is always going above and beyond to give her students outstanding music instruction. She often includes new material or pop music that she knows the kids will like. Jill takes a genuine interest in her students and incorporates that into her instruction. She also works diligently on extra projects such as our school sing-along, Flag Day celebrations, and Veteran's Day event, incorporating student participation through movement or song. She has rigorous standards for her students and it shows in their professionalism at their performances. Ultimately, Jill is an exemplary teacher who works extremely hard to provide her students with the quintessential music education.
