Debra Frauenhofer, Franklin Middle School Teacher Aide

Debra Frauenhofer has been at Franklin Middle since 2019. During her time there, she has been a personal aide with some of our neediest students. She is well respected by colleagues, students, and families. She is one to consistently go above and beyond what is asked. Deb always has a positive attitude and a smile on her face. Her positive attitude and energy are contagious and she is always willing to help and support wherever there is a need. This year, she greets students and staff every morning at the main entrance with her warm smile and upbeat “Good Morning! Hello! How are you? It’s so nice to see you today!” During her spare time, Deb enjoys golfing, skiing, pickleball, which she recently learned, and spending time with family, especially her grandchildren. She is dedicated to Franklin Middle and her students and is always connecting with them. Deb is a caring, reliable and understanding person and FMS wouldn't be the same without her!
