Erica Graefser, Franklin Elementary School Support Staff

Erica is an integral part of her grade team. She is dependable, organized, extremely creative and an amazing aide to our students! Erica is able to extend our teaching through games, small group centers and one on one support to our students. She is always willing to go above and beyond, and is literally their right hand in order for the day’s operations to go smoothly. She is a joy and pleasure to work with daily! In addition to being excellent in the classroom, she also co facilitated our Reading Bootcamp, which is a new initiative to improve reading scores last year. She worked with one of the teaching assistants and met with students daily to give them extra time for reading. She also assists in the cafeteria and with overall building functions. We are grateful that she is on our team.
