Maureen Paolucci, Holmes Elementary School Teacher

Ms. Paolucci was hired in 2000 where she served as an AIS teacher that was split between Holmes and Edison. She then transitioned to become a classroom teacher that has taught Kindergarten, 4th grade, and 5th grade at Holmes. Ms. Paolucci has never stopped caring for her students as she is the true definition of a Kindergarten teacher. She is constantly teaching and loving her children. She has an innate ability to engage students through musical instruments. Ms. Paolucci has had a tremendous career in education and we will always be grateful for the lives she has impacted. Ms. Paolucci’s colleagues had these things to say about her: She's patient, loving and genuinely cares about her kids. She's musical and silly but also firm when she needs to be; a perfect blend for a Kindergarten teacher. She's also a great friend and colleague and supports everyone in any way she can.
