Tracey Weber, Hoover Elementary School Teacher Aide

Tracey goes above and beyond at Hoover Elementary each day. She keeps our school community so well connected through daily video announcements, which we know both in-person and virtual learning students absolutely look forward to each morning. She gladly helps out in anyone’s classroom that she works in, will roll up her sleeves and lend a helping hand without batting an eye. Tracey intuitively knows what to do without being given lengthy detailed instructions. She can always be counted on to go above and beyond, has a positive attitude and forms relationships with our students. She is truly a Hoover treasure!
