Deb Lavell, Franklin Middle School Teacher Aide

Ms. Deborah Lavell has worked tirelessly as a highly-effective and influential classroom aide who has served the students of Franklin Middle School and Franklin Elementary School for the past 23 years. Deb is always willing to help. She seeks out things to make Franklin a better place and is helpful in many areas of the school: hallway patrolling, assisting in classrooms, before school, during lunches, and at after school events. Deb is truly an asset to our building. She always deals with students in a very professional manner -- direct and fair and always respecting the individual needs of the students. Franklin Middle School and the Kenmore-Town of Tonawanda UFSD are better as a result of her service. Congratulations Ms. Lavell for this well-deserved honor!
