Franklin Middle Donates 1,000+ Items to Food Pantry

Students with donations

Charlene Brown's fifth-grade students along with Brian Stuhlmiller show off their donations for St. Faustina's Food Pantry.

The students and staff at Franklin Middle School collected non-perishable goods for the St. Faustina's Food Pantry this holiday season.

Volunteers from the Kenilworth Fire Department were kind enough to pick up the donations and deliver them to the pantry.

Charlene Brown's fifth-grade homeroom collected the most items - 272! Some of her students went above and beyond to go around the building to gather all the donations, which totaled 1,112 items. These students were Braydin Weaver, Arnesa Uruqi, Savannah Koons, Zachary Wright, Evvie Clinch, Santino Faulise, and Alex Luke.
