    Franklin Elementary Assistant Principal

    Dear Franklin Families,

    I am excited to introduce myself as the K-4 Assistant Principal at Franklin Elementary. My name is Kelly Radley, and I am thrilled to begin my fifth year in this role.  Alongside Mrs. Evans, I am committed to fostering a collaborative environment within our school and community to ensure that every student has ample opportunities for success.

    Before joining Franklin, I served as an Assistant Principal and TOSA at a primary school in Batavia, NY. Additionally, I spent ten years teaching various grade levels from kindergarten through fifth grade.

    My goal is to create a positive, safe, and engaging learning environment where each child receives the support and resources needed to reach their full potential.
