ORDERING:  The clubs I order from belong to the same company, so, all orders can be placed in one envelope.  Please write your child's name on the envelope.  Students will write due dates on the book orders when they are distributed, and I will also keep due dates posted in the classroom.  You also now have the option to order ONLINE, which really helps to streamline the ordering process.  I have printed the information on the bottom of this letter if you would like to order online.  Ordering online is actually quite simple and I’ve had quite a few parents use this feature in the past few years.

ORDER SLIPS: Please make sure each slip has the name of the student ordering written on it, and all are completed properly.  Each slip should have the total cost of items ordered from that booklet written at the bottom.

PAYMENT: Please total the cost of all orders and write ONE check for the total (made out to any of the clubs).  Cash payments may be made in the same manner, as I take the cash from all the orders and write a check for an equivalent amount.
