Kenmore West Celebrates 261 Graduates in Class of 2024
On Saturday, June 29th, Kenmore West High School held its 111th commencement ceremony, celebrating 261 graduates (and one foreign exchange student) as part of the Class of 2024. There were an additional 13 students who walked across the stage as graduates of Kenmore Junior/Senior High School's Big Picture Program and Crossroads Academy. The graduation was held at Kleinhans Music Hall in Buffalo.
Of the 261 Kenmore West graduates who walked across the stage, 90 earned an Advanced Regents Diploma; six earned an Advanced Regents Diploma with Honors; 38 earned a Technical Endorsement on their Regents Diploma through Erie1BOCES; 13 earned their Technical Endorsement on their Regents Diploma through the Ken-Ton Career Academies; 175 earned the New York State Seal of Civic Readiness; 41 earned the NYS Seal of Biliteracy; 43 were distinguished as members of the school’s selective Honors Club; and 57 were a member of the school's National Honor Society. Additionally, nine students were candidates for the International Baacalaureate Diploma.
