  • PTA Fall Fundraiser 2019

Edison Elementary Parents and Families! We’re only ONE WEEK AWAY from kicking off the Edison Fun Run and PLEDGING IS NOW OPEN! Register online at FUNRUN.COM and start getting pledges! Next Friday (9/27) our 2-week fundraising program will officially begin on campus, and we’re so excited! We’ll start with a Pep Rally, and then your family will gather pledges and enter them on FUNRUN.COM. At the end, every student will participate in the Edison Fun Run! This year, our goal is to raise $20,000 for Field Day, trips, and assemblies, and we need your help! Please begin thinking about friends and family who could pledge your student for the Edison Fun Run. Look for a Pledgebook to come home on 9/27 with more information. And don’t forget to save the Fun Run Date—10/10—on your calendar. You’re invited to come out and cheer on our students! More details to come. Thank you for supporting Edison Elementary and have a great day!

Parents and Families—this year’s main fundraiser is the FALL FUN RUN! It’s a two-week program that kicks off with a Pep Rally on September 27th. Families will then gather pledges for every lap your student runs (30-35 laps) at the FUN RUN, which will happen on October 10th. This year our goal is to raise $15,000 for School Field Trips and Events, and we need your help! We’ve asked the experts at Booster to power our fundraiser to make it easier, more profitable, and more fun.  This event takes the place of our fall fundraising sales.

Students will also experience an amazing character theme, MINDSPARK: WILD WEST! Booster’s most exciting theme yet combines S.T.E.A.M. skills (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Math) with character-building. While they're teaming up with the MindSpark Kids to save Dr. Shock, our students will learn five character traits that will help strengthen themselves and our world.

Donations will go toward School Field Trips and Events and the entire two-week experience. So please help our school by getting pledges from family and friends and entering them on FUNRUN.COM. Also, all families are invited to come out and cheer on our students at the Edison FALL FUN RUN. Thanks so much for your support!
