Edison's Aria Biddle Places in PBS Kids Writers Contest

Edison Elementary 2nd grade student Aria Biddle recently placed in the Buffalo Toronto Public Media PBS Kids Writers Contest, held by WNED! The contest encourages young writers to use their imagination to write and illustrate an original story.

Biddle received an honorable mention nod in her grade level for a short story titled, “The Annoyed Couch”. The story had to be an original and creative idea, between 150 and 300 words, and include at least five illustrations.

Aria will be recognized in a ceremony next month alongside other Ken-Ton winners: Hailey Scholl, Natalie Cave, and Jack Cave.
