Art Traver serves on the Ken-Ton School District Audit Committee. He has served in this capacity for many, many years, including as its chairperson. The Audit Committee plays a very important role in the District. It is responsible for oversight of the financial reporting and audit process which ensures that school district spending is in compliance with all laws and regulations. In this way, the Audit Committee plays a crucial role in helping the district maintain its fiduciary responsibility to the community. Mr. Traver volunteers his time for this position. He is known for his attention to detail and his extensive knowledge of accounting standards, which is a highly specialized field. We thank Mr. Traver for his service to our school district community.
