While the Winter Olympics were taking place, Franklin Middle School students participated in a PBIS reward assembly with a Winter Olympics theme.

"Kindness Around the World" and throughout the building was the message that students and staff were sharing leading up to the assembly.

Opening Ceremonies included a procession by homeroom representatives carrying different countries' flags, as well as a reading of the "Olympic Oath" by all students. Participants competed in different challenges that required cooperation, communication, and honesty.

It was not only a fun event but a great way to celebrate the Olympics and bring the building together.
