The Ken-Ton Farm to School program enters another month and February is all about soups and our harvest of the month: potatoes and kale!
On the cafeteria menu at each school, you'll see a few different types of soup being prepared and served by our Food Service Department including a homemade beans and greens soup. You'll also find items like oven roasted potatoes, a garden salad with kale, and a sweet "heart" Icee cup.
This month also brings a take-home opportunity for all Ken-Ton 6th grade students who are eligible for a soup cook kit. Those interested must sign up by clicking on and filling out this form by February 7th. Cook kits will be distributed to students at school on February 16th.
