Robyn Brydalski, Franklin Elementary School Teacher
Robyn Brydalski, Franklin Elementary School Teacher
Mrs. Brydalski is a true gem in our school community. She brings warmth, commitment, and invaluable insight to her role as an educator. She pours her heart into her students every day, going the extra mile to ensure they feel seen, supported, and deeply cared for while with her. Mrs. Brydalski’s daily check-in circles aren’t just routine; they’re moments when each child feels valued and understood. Through these, she builds a bond that makes her classroom a safe space full of respect and encouragement. Mrs. Brydalski’s students know she is their biggest cheerleader, and, because of her, they feel brave enough to take on new challenges knowing that she is always there to celebrate every step of their progress. This applies to students who are considered academically gifted, as well as students who continue to strive to meet grade-level standards. Mrs. Brydalski serves on the district’s Engagement Task Force and is a leader in the field of technology. Her impact extends beyond her own classroom as well. As a National Board-Certified Teacher, Mrs. Brydalski devotes her time selflessly, working to ensure that the needs of her colleagues and students alike are met, often sacrificing her own time with family to do so. Her care, passion, and dedication radiate in everything she does, and Franklin Elementary is truly fortunate to have her as both a teacher and a guiding light. Her students and our school community are all better because of her.
