Callie Torchia, Kenmore East High School Student

Callie Torchia is a 10th-grade student who consistently demonstrates excellence in both her academic and extracurricular pursuits. She is a genuine example of what it means to work hard, stay humble, and support those around them. Callie is well rounded, kind and intelligent. She is the whole package. As Treasurer of the Class of 2027, Callie went above and beyond. She played an integral role alongside a group of parents in the planning and execution of a Meat Raffle that raised over $10,000 to go towards future events for the class. Callie takes rigorous courses including Chemistry Honors, AP World History, and English Honors and has a 99.6 grade point average. In addition to her challenging classes, Callie was on the volleyball team this year, actively participated in Join the Winners, is part of the Kenmore East Welcome Crew and Kenmore East Track. She was recently awarded the Character Award by her track team. Kenmore East is fortunate to have such an outstanding student in our school and we look forward to all she will accomplish in her years ahead.
