This year, a total of 62 Kenmore East and Kenmore West High School students earned the Seal of Biliteracy! This included Kenmore West student Augie Williams who earned the Seal in BOTH French and Spanish, and ELL students Lionel Katantshi and Gaelle Aluma, who presented projects about their home countries.

 

 

Ken-Ton's NYS Seal of Biliteracy program was spearheaded by ELL teacher Kristina Brown back in 2017. At that time, we were one of the first school districts in the area to have students earn this distinction.
