The Farm to School Team is excited to host our "Apple a Day" theme for September. There are multiple opportunities for students to take part in the Farm to School Fun. 5th grade students can sign up for a take-home applesauce cook kit. Kindergarten students can sign up for a take-home educational learning packet and 12th grade students can take home a harvest box.
5th Grade:
Please use this form to sign up for a take-home DIY applesauce cook kit to make with your family. These will be given to students in school on September 28th to bring home. Use the link below to sign up.
Kindergarten students:
Please use this form to sign up for an apple exploration educational learning packet. These will be delivered to classroom teachers on/before September 28th.
12th grade students:
No sign up required - this will be on a first-come/first-serve basis. On September 28th, a limited number of harvest boxes will be available to take home for 12th grade students. These will be available afterschool on the 28th, and more detailed information will come from the individual high schools as to location and time.
