• 8th Grade Tech Ed  
     
          At Franklin Middle School, 8th grade students take technology for 10 weeks. During that 10 weeks, they are shared by two different technology teachers for 5 weeks each. In my 5 week portion of 8th grade technology, I teach aerodynamics. The students make and tests their own airfoils, build and test their own gliders (VERY COOL!),  and complete a research project on some aspect of the history of aviation.
