Child Abuse & Maltreatment Reporting
New York Education Law and New York State Education Department regulations require schools and districts to provide parents with the New York State Office of Child and Family Services (OCFS) toll-free number to report child abuse or maltreatment and information on accessing the OCFS website. This information is required to be provided in both English and Spanish.
