Sports Physicals-Health Clearance

Student-Athletes still have the option of receiving a sports physical from a private physician or from our district doctors.   

ALL Mod Sports go to Hoover MS on Tue-Wed, August 7-8.  FMS athletes come at 10:30 and HMS athletes should arrive at 1 pm (first come, first served)

IMPORTANT: going to Hoover includes all Franklin students (construction this summer won’t allow us access into Franklin)
