Welcome to Third Grade!I am looking forward to a fantastic and exciting school year! I have two main goals that I feel are important to accomplish this year. One is that your child acquires a love and desire for learning. By doing so, he/she will find learning purposeful, exciting, and rewarding. I want each student to feel confident enough to take risks with their learning and always strive to do their best. The second goal is that each child gains an appreciation and love of language. They will learn how to choose "Just Right Books", make relevant connections to the text, read a variety of genres and enjoy reading! This year will be filled with educational experiences that will guide them into their future.
