Start & End Time Committee
The School Start & End Time Committee was a district committee comprised of teachers, parents, support staff, school administrators, district administrators, and representatives of the Transportation and Athletics Departments.
It formed in fall 2016 under the leadership of Co-Chairs Patrick Fanelli and Heather Lyon due to concerns regarding the district's newly implemented start/end times, which were necessitated by the significant increase in students eligible for busing when the mileage limits were changed beginning with the 2016-17 school year.
The committee continued to meet until June 2019. The reports issued by the committee can be found below.
