FINAL FORMS REGISTRATION

All new and returning athletes must be registered and cleared within the Ken-Ton Final Forms portal in order to attend tryouts.

All forms required by the Ken-Ton School District and Athletic Department for student-athletes are located within the Final Forms portal. Please ensure that all documentation is up to date and that all forms have been acknowledged and signed off by both the student-athlete and parent/guardian.
