Concussion Management Regulations & Mandates

ImPACT

The following student-athletes will be required to complete a baseline ImPACT test prior to being cleared in FinalForms:

• Any student-athlete who has sustained a concussion within the past calendar year.
• Any student-athlete who has sustained two or more concussions throughout their athletic career.

ImPACT (Immediate Post-Concussion Assessment and Cognitive Testing) is a tool used to assess a student's baseline cognitive function, which is essential in the event of a concussion. Establishing a current baseline helps in providing the best care and management should a concussion occur.

Here are the steps to complete the ImPACT baseline test:

1. Go to www.impacttestonline.com/testing
2. Enter the code for each school provided below:
   1. Kenmore East student-athletes: 7NH2YXDX5G
   2. Kenmore West student-athletes: MEUVSQR7XM
3. Complete the test as directed.
