Kenmore West Seniors Recognized by NYS AHPERD

Congratulations to Kenmore West seniors Mia Winkler and Cameron George on being recognized as the New York State Association for Health, Physical Education, Recreation and Dance (NYS AHPERD) Western Zone Outstanding Health Education Students. This prestigious honor recognizes students who consistently demonstrate excellence in health education, leadership, and community involvement.

Mia and Cameron exemplify what it means to be outstanding students both inside and outside of the classroom. They give 100% effort each day, demonstrate a strong understanding of the importance of healthy living, and serve as positive leaders among their peers. In addition to their classroom success, both students are actively involved in leadership opportunities within the community.

To earn this recognition, students must also maintain an A average in health education courses, highlighting their dedication and commitment to academic achievement. We are incredibly proud of Mia and Cameron for this well-deserved accomplishment and congratulate them on representing our school with excellence.
