If you're experiencing issues, you can email Tech Support or enter a ticket in our new Help Desk system Incident IQ

Incident IQ is the fastest way to get your issue assigned to a technician and resolved. Parents/guardians may login to Incident IQ with their Infinite Campus username and password.

For people without internet access, you can call Tech Services at (716) 871-2050. We will respond to calls in as efficient a manner as possible. 

Be sure to include the following when sending an email or leaving a voicemail:

  • Student's Name
  • Device Type
  • Description of problem, including application/website name
