Individual Arts Assessment Pathway

The Ken-Ton School District Art Department is proud to offer the Individual Arts Assessment Pathway (IAAP) for art & design students. The arts pathway (IAAP) is a 4+1 graduation pathway option in which students complete a locally determined four unit sequence in the arts and demonstrate, through a collection of creative works, growth over time that meets the High School II Accomplished Performance Indicators in the New York State Standards for the Arts.

The new IAAP provides high school art and design students with advanced and in-depth study in the visual arts and digital media design. Participating students have access to individual mentoring, field trips, and afterschool experiences to enrich their coursework.

Below you will find a summary of required courses. For more information about individual courses, please visit the course handbook.
