Accessibility Statement

The Kenmore-Town of Tonawanda Union Free School District is committed to complying with the provisions set forth by Title II of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973. We are in the process of transitioning our district and school websites to adhere to the standards set forth by the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.0 Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more user-friendly and accessible for people experiencing vision/hearing challenges, dexterity limitations, and other neurocognitive barriers. Our goal is to provide everyone the ability to independently acquire the same information and enjoy the same benefits and services as those without disabilities.

Please note that some pages on the district and school websites contain links to third-party sites, which are not within our control and may not comply with accessibility standards.
