    For each marking period, your ELA grade will consist of:
    • Homework
    • Assessments, Classwork and Projects
    • Participation and Preparedness
    The grade works as a giant fraction with assignments and tests weighted by their worth. In other words, a homework assignment may be worth only 10 points, while a test may be worth 60 points. Your final exam will count as 20 percent of your final grade.
     
    You will have access to your grades through Infinite Campus on the Kenmore West home page. You may check them at home or at school.
