Do something that requires you to take what you have learned from this book out into the world, and then tell us about it. Find out where your meat comes from. Try to find local, organic meat in our area. Ask a local franchise owner how business is for her. Try to examine a kitchen in a local restaurant. Pull a shift at a fast food place. Be creative.
