Students in grades 3-5 will be participating in bi-annual FITNESSGRAM testing administered by Mrs. Zugelder and Mr. Mermigas. FITNESSGRAM will be given once in the fall and once in the spring.


    Students will participate in the following activities:


    The Pacer Test: Cardiovascular fitness

    The Curl-up Test: Abdominal endurance

    The Pull-up Test: Upper body endurance

    Sit & Reach: Lower-body flexibility

    Shoulder Stretch: Upper-body flexibility

    Trunk lift: Back flexibility


    * All FITNESSGRAM results will be sent home to parents with the report card
