Seven Kenmore West Students Sign Commitment to Play Rugby at College Level

Seven exceptional Kenmore Boys Rugby players were honored after signing their commitment to compete at the college level.

The seven Kenmore West High School students were honored during a signing ceremony on Thursday, May 24 in the Kenmore West library with their friends, teammates, family members, and coaches present. The students are:

  • Angelo Costanzo (St. Bonaventure University)
  • Anthony Cutre (Niagara University)
  • Michael Denote (St. Bonaventure University)
  • Dom Fragale (St. Bonaventure University)
  • James Gregoretti (University at Buffalo)
  • John Milks (St. Bonaventure University)
  • Damarion Walker (St. Bonaventure University)

This has been a phenomenal year for Kenmore Boys Rugby. The team, which routinely finishes among the top three teams in New York State, has finished its regular season undefeated at 7-0 and has won its third consecutive RugbyNY Western Division Title.

An eighth Kenmore West High School student and rugby player, Autumn Locicero, captain of the girls rugby team, was honored at another ceremony on May 16 after signing her commitment to play rugby at Life University.
