Holmes Elementary Students Enjoy a Special Afternoon Courtesy of UPS

On May 22, Holmes Elementary School students had the opportunity to use tickets they had earned through the school's Positive Behavior Intervention & Support (PBIS) Program - Stepping It Up - to "purchase" a very special UPS experience.

Jim Wood, UPS driver and father of Response to Intervention math interventionist Angela Ziegler, spent a morning at Holmes Elementary School educating students about UPS. The students had the chance to interview Wood, tour his truck, and enjoy a special surprise. Each child received and "signed for" a personalized parcel containing all sorts of gifts from UPS and Holmes.

The Holmes Elementary School staff offers their heartfelt thanks to Jim Wood and UPS for providing this amazing experience to our students.
